The SIT project consisted of rebuilding the tourist information system of the Paris Tourist and Convention Office, whose visitors now stand at eight million visitors. Real organizational challenges, this project saw the establishment of the OTCP web portal and integrated and synchronized with the CRM data from the showcase site.
The main objectives of the project are:
- Give the OTCP moderns tools, enabling interoperability using open applications capable of easily importing and exporting all types of data
- Provide the OTCP with a new tourist information system facilitating/ eliminating a certain number of tasks, in order to refocus the organization on value-added work for the benefit of all of its customers
- Improve the key indicators of success of the OTCP:
- Number of visitors to its site
- Number of sales made online
- Improved communication with its targets
