Ibexa posts 20% growth in H1 2024, once again outperforming the DXP market

Ibexa, the vendor of Ibexa DXP, an API-first, composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP), reported a strong set of result for the first half of 2024. Year-on-year, turnover was up 20 percent, with EBITDA at 25 percent reflecting the robust operational performance of the European company.

“Growth in the SaaS segment is stagnating, but we are bucking this trend,” says Bertrand Maugain, Ibexa CEO. “Over the years, Ibexa DXP has become the most complete platform to ‘do more with less’ to help our customers unleash their full potential. Our cost-effectiveness resonates extremely well in today’s context when digital investment is all about total cost of ownership. After years of hard work, we are hitting that sweet spot between performance and TCO – and this is where our growth is coming from.”

Ibexa has traditionally been a strong player in Europe with a client roster that includes Swissport, Pierre Fabre, Native Instruments, Atlantic and more recently complemented by the new logos of Virbac, Alpega and SG Armaturen. Beyond Europe, Ibexa continues to gain traction in North America, landing recent contracts for Florida Department of Corrections and Carbonleo, the Canadian property group.

Ibexa is driving the market transition to a new generation of systems built to excel at Customer Experience Management, responding to the needs of companies, especially in the B2B segment, to capture the full complexity of their workflows. “Ibexa’s R&D investments more than five years ago in an API-first, composable architecture are paying off,” says Maugain. “Our enterprise clients can now conquer that complexity by building their digital landscape step-by-step or benefit from a powerful all-in-one solution if they want to. This digital growth model is gaining a lot of traction.”

“We have greatly extended the reach and power of our platform by adding building blocks such as eCommerce functionality, integration platform (iPaaS), next-generation customer data platform (CDP), and streamlined Interactive Data Collection. The completeness of the platform is empowering our clients to embrace the entire customer journey and address both acquisition and retention objectives.”

In 2022, Ibexa became part of the QNTM Group, the ecosystem of marketing technology solutions. “For a DXP like Ibexa, being part of this QNTM ecosystem is incredible. In just two years, we have multiplied product synergies while remaining autonomous,” comments Maugain.

To underline the new direction, the company recently repositioned itself with the new slogan: “Reveal your True Self”. “For a lot of companies, their digital presence was almost like a straitjacket, a limitation, because the website only reflected a small part of the business.

“Ibexa DXP has now reached that tipping point where businesses can at last recognize the totality of what they do and who they are in their digital presence,” says Maugain.

In H2, Ibexa will be taking that message to events across the world including in Dubai, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Vienna and Berlin.

“Our strong H1 growth shows we are on the right path,” concludes Maugain, “and with our focus on customer-centric innovation and the tailwind of QNTM Group behind us, we can only go from strength to strength.”
